Northridge Furmeet & Los Angeles Furs
Founder Jack the lion noticed that there were no organized groups for regular furmeets in L.A. (especially since the Griffith Park meets had been so intermittent) and set out to make one. In the summer of 2016 this group born. It started out as Northridge Furmeet, with the idea that the furmeets would happen in or close to Northridge, but has since expanded and has members from all over L.A., which is why the Telegram chat is called Los Angeles Furs. At the first meet only one person showed up but now we have a set of regulars who come to pretty much every meet.
We have a meet every month. These are planned in our Telegram chat and when we do meets in public places they are also announced beforehand on our Meetup page. To join our Telegram chat (which is SFW and carefully moderated to prevent harassment and drama), contact organizer/admin @JackLionheart.
